Rental booking terms

Rentals require a 50% down payment to book, which is fully refundable up to 2 months before your rental date and will apply to your final invoice. Order through the request form on this page, and we will reach out to you within 24 hours with a link to make your deposit and to confirm details. Remaining invoice balances are due 1 business day after event dates.

All rentals come with setup, takedown, and delivery included if within North County San Diego. There is a $100 base charge + $1/mile one-way delivery fee from Carlsbad, CA outside of North County San Diego. Additional fees may apply for setups that require extra time, such as travel over 100 miles total, long flights of stairs, elevators, long walkways to get to setup area, etc.
